Luna Piena
A Vos Marques undertook a "mystery dining" exercise for Luna Piena, premier Italian restaurant in Whitby. All aspects of communication and client service were explored over 3 months and several visits. Observations, recommendations, best practice and conclusions were related to the owners-managers and led to internal training sessions and the improvement of standards of customer service at Luna Piena.
