Pagan & McQuade Opticians
Pagan & McQuade have 4 optician practices in Scarborough and Hartlepool and we conducted a “mystery shopper” exercise with a view to giving a stronger focus to the business, developing the customer base and communicating effectively and creatively.
We have written content for a Welcome leaflet for clients of each of the practices and undertook the project management of the design and print of these leaflets.
